Bentley Home is a villa community by Mira Developments in Wadi Al Safa, built around a private crystal lagoon with sun loungers along the water’s edge. Each house is designed and furnished by Bentley Home in one of three styles, Traditional, Formal or Contemporary. Global Village is eleven minutes away by car, Dubai Canal fifteen and Burj Khalifa & The Dubai Fountain twenty-five.

The collection is 27 five-bedroom waterfront villas of 7,212 sq ft each and 9 larger five-bedroom waterfront mansions with 15,000 sq ft of living space. Interiors are fitted with appliances and household pieces from Gaggenau and Lalique. Living rooms face glass walls onto the garden, dining rooms take a long table beside full-height glazing, and bedrooms run from a navy headboard through tan leather and green velvet to rust.

Every villa looks onto the lagoon. The upper terraces are cantilevered and planted, a timber pergola shades the pool terrace below, and at dusk the lit interiors are mirrored in the water. The shared facilities are a clubhouse, a swimming pool and a gym with treadmills and weight machines along the glazed wall, with a concierge service for residents. Handover is set for the fourth quarter of 2026.
