DWTN Residences is Deyaar’s tower on the Business Bay canal, a short walk from the metro and close enough to the centre that Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera all sit within ten minutes by car. Seen from the air, the tower and the Burj share a frame, which is the address in a single picture.

Floors run from one bedroom to four, with two- and three-bedroom duplexes and penthouses above them. The smallest plan is 893 sq ft and the largest a 5,285 sq ft penthouse. Interiors are panelled in pale wood behind glazing that runs the length of the outer wall, and the duplexes carry a curved stair up past full-height glass.

The amenity levels are the project’s own argument: more than 70,000 sq ft of them, holding a spa, two training rooms, an indoor pool, a rooftop pool set between arches, a cinema, a coworking floor, a function room, and separate play rooms for younger and for older children. Handover is set for the fourth quarter of 2030.
