Taormina Village

Taormina Village is Reportage Properties’ gated community in Wadi Al Safa, 838 townhouses and villas laid out around pools, courtyards and ground-floor shops. The masterplan reads clearly from the air: rows of three-storey homes set among green space, with an entrance gate and a single road running in. Al Barari Playground is five minutes away and Global Village nine.

Homes run from three-bedroom townhouses of 1,938 sq ft to four-bedroom luxury villas, with corner and middle types in each. The largest plan on the list is a three-bedroom corner villa at 3,348 sq ft. Inside, the plans are open: a staircase rises behind the sofa in the living room, built-in shelving sits beside the kitchen island, and a pendant hangs over the dining table in front of a marble kitchen.

The shared side of the community is a swimming pool with a deck of loungers, a gym, a yoga space, a sports court and a tennis court, a barbecue area and a children’s play area, with shops at the foot of the homes and their lights on along the street after dark. Handover is set for the fourth quarter of 2027.
