Avida Residences

Avida Residences is a boutique, wellness-led project by Iquna Properties on Dubai Islands, a collection of only 50 residences. The entrance is gold lettering set into a timber-slatted wall among dense planting, and the curved balconies carry planters and glass balustrades with the sea beyond. Dubai Islands Beach is six minutes away by car and Lagoon Crescent East is within walking distance.

Plans run from an 818 sq ft one-bedroom to a 2,034 sq ft three-bedroom, with a 2,659 sq ft three-bedroom penthouse above them. Interiors sit under warm timber ceilings: a round dining table beside the open kitchen, a kitchen island with a built-in oven, a bedroom behind a curved floor-to-ceiling window over the water and another separated from its dressing area by a curved partition, its sliding doors opening onto the garden.

The pool deck sits above the beach under sculpted parasol canopies, loungers and planting along its edge, a poolside lounge under the same canopies and a garden terrace where a shallow water feature runs between daybeds and a dining table. Wellness carries through the shared floors: a long sunlit room lined with timber loungers, a gym with treadmills along a glazed wall, and a spa with a wellness capsule. Handover is set for the fourth quarter of 2027.
